Mediation Study Of Rural People In Western China

People’s mediation,which is rooted in a long traditionof cultural mediation,the people of the State Socialistself-management,self-service,self-education of democraticlegal systems of Western academia has been hailed as “theflower of the East.”Because the economic, cultural,socialand so on in the west of China are relative backward,and peoplethere have low cultural qualities,legal awareness,but on thecontrary, traditional culture plays a very importantrole.Today,people’s mediation which is rooted in traditionis still people’s first-choose of solving problem. In thispaper,the author selected a native of Fenggang Country, GuizhouPrevince to study the case out, Fenggang Country in rural areasas a poverty-stricken counties in western China, with otherwestern development in rural areas has characteristics thatcan be said to be a microcosm of the entire western rural areasof development. Therefore, the study of people’s mediationin Fenggang Country can be a case for research in the westerrural areas.On the basis of investigation,in the first part,the authordescribed the background and significance of the subject, as well as a brief introduction research status of this writing,the use of research methods.Second, the first chapter outlinedthe concept of people’s mediation, history, features,functions, role and principles. Third, in the second chapterin Fenggan Country Mediation is a case study of rural people,Through the mediation of Fenggang Country People’sfieldwork,which show the status to run our people in ruralareas in the west and problems of mediation from the side,and through phenomenon causes of these problems.Fourth,discusses the people’s mediation in the rural areasto improve the significance of mediation in western China,and on the basis of people’s mediation running problems andcauses of the problems analysis, the third chapter,we proposeto find some some ways which can improve western rural people’smediation of China.
