Research Of Environmental Group Events And Collaborative Governance

The nineteenth report of China party points out that the environmental governance system should be led by the government,composed of the enterprises and involved with the joint participation of social organizations and the public.It also puts forward that the government should promote the construction of ecological civilization in an all-round way and adhere to the concept of green development.However,since the reform and opening up four decades,the ecological environment has been seriously damaged as the rapid development of our country's economy.And various environmental groups occurred frequently.Therefore,the construction of the environmental governance system needs the joint participation of the stakeholders.Based on this,this thesis focuses on the treatment of environmental group events in the context of collaborative governance.The object of this study is the countermeasures of environmental group events.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this thesis tries to discuss how the governance bodies deal with the environmental group events.According to the current situation of collaborative governance of environmental group events,it is aimed at providing policy suggestions for multiple subjects to better manage environmental group events through comparative analysis of typical case management experience.This thesis will analyze this theme fromsix part: The first part mainly elaborates the background,research significance,relevant thinking and methods of the topic selection.The second part is mainly to analyze the related concepts and theoretical basis of environmental group events synergistic governance.The third part focuses on the present situation of the cooperative governance of environmental group events in China,including the analysis of the current situation of environmental group events,inducements and the lack of synergistic governance.The fourth part is to summarize some experience by making a comparative analysis of the two typical environmental group incidents in the the Jiangsu Qidong event and the Shanghai Jinshan event,in order to further highlight the necessity of cooperative governance of environmental group events.The fifth part is to put forward the countermeasures for the cooperative governance of environmental group events from the three aspects: perfect top floor design,optimize the cooperative governance path and improve the correction feedback mechanism.The sixth part is conclusion.Based on the countermeasure research of environmental group events under theview of cooperative governance,the thesis tries to provide a new perspective for the development of ecological civilization and green development in China.Starting from environmental group events,it provides a new solution to solve the vital interests of the people's livelihood and the government's public policy management.There are surely some delicacy in the related analysis because the study is limited to the poor availability of data.The study of countermeasures is a beneficial attempt based on the current policy,hoping to provide practical suggestions for China's social progress and national development.
