Study On The Grid Management Of Urban

In today’s intelligence society, with the rapid development of urban modernization, scientific management of the city have become increasingly demanding. Scholars from various countries have done a lot of fruitful research, andapplied them in practice from different angles on urban management philosophy, management system, management techniques, management tools and management models.After the rapid development of modern information technology, the moredeveloped cities in the world applied it to the entire process of urban management timely and comprehensively. Through information technology, it can effectively prevent access to information lag defects, make the city’s real-time management to information collection and transmission smooth and natural; thenthrough the Internet, networking or the built of other public information platform, it achieved the interoperability and sharing of information resources management, bid farewell to the "islands of information."Modern information technology in urban management must not only in this sense. What is more important, it can effectively promote the functions ofthe government in urban management optimization, upgrade and re-integration.At present many cities in our country have established or are establishing urban grid management information platform, creating a new model of urban grid management.Taking the theory of new public management as a guide, the Jinjiang city as an example, this paper analyzes the weak foundation in Jinjiang grid management, the incomplete management system, the frictions between high—cost collector team and the two models, also some suggestions on optimization or solutions. By analyzing the typical case of Jinjiang, it raises the general idea to improve the urban grid management in our country, and sets about to break the bottleneck from the aspects of laws and regulations, organizational sys tem technology upgrading and performance appraisal.This article has put forward some innovative methods and measures in improving grid city administration of Jinjiang, with a reference value to the urban grid management in the whole province and even the whole country.
