Taking the contents from "Tourism Law" as the entry point, this paper is focusedon research on the related impacts brought about by the implementation of "TourismLaw" and will further provide respective suggestions. There are6chapters in thispaper in total. The1st chapter is the introduction, which discusses the currentresearch status and developments for tourism law in travel agency; the2nd chapterhas compared the outstanding impacts of "Tourism Law" in terms of its launchingbackground, intentions and significance with previous regulations and has identifiedthe distinct features of tourism law; the3rd chapter has mainly carried out researchfrom3aspects as operating activities of travel agency, tourist products innovationsand tourism marketing strategies in order to come up with the suggestion that travelagency should regulate its processing activities, conduct products innovations andtransfer marketing forms into "portable style"; researching from the internalmanagement perspective of travel agency and focusing on the unsound circumstancesof the human resources management of travel agency, the4th chapter has conductedinvestigation on the impacts from Tourism Law to the management personnel, touristguides, schedulers and outreach personnel. In addition, it points out that to cope withthe impacts and challenges of "Tourism Law" to the operations and marketing oftravel agency, travel agency should build up a sound customer management system;the5th chapter is majorly concerned with the research of the impacts from "TourismLaw" to the service management of travel agency. It’s indicated that, under thebackground of the implementation of "Tourism Law", it’s of great importance fortravel agency to enhance service quality and attach more attention on service level toobtain its position in the competition; The6th chapter is the conclusion, which haspurposed related suggestions regarding above perspectives of "Tourism Law".
