Role Of Ethnic Village Cadres

In academic circles, Xu Yong, Wu Yi, He Xuefeng and a number of experts andscholars have conducted in-depth study of the role of village cadres.But the study ofthe role of village cadres in the specific geographical position of Qinghai province isvery rare,so the meaning is important. In order to ensure the research results, thispaper adopts three ethnic minority villages in Qinghai Province, respectively is thevillage of XiuMa in Ga Ba Song duo,La Gan in GuiNan,GongGongMa in Gang Cha.In this paper, three minority village as a sample, using the method of on-the-spotinvestigation, depth interview,questionnaire survey method, and through access torelevant literature,understand the three minority nationalities in the role of case ofvillage cadres,village cadres, role conflict and its reasons, and then discuss therational orientation of Ethnic Village cadres measures.There are many reasons for the nationality cadres,such as conflict institutionalreasons,national religions reasons,contradction of rural organization division of laborand the nationality township cadres.Based on this,village cadres need to eliminatethe corresponding institutional incongriities,maintain ethnic religion and ethnicidentity and imprrove the nationalty township cardres.
