Japanese Ocean Basic Law is approved in Japan in April,2007andimplemented on20, July. Japanese Ocean Basic Law is an important act in oceanpolicies, the influences and revelations from Japanese Ocean Basic Law is worthpaying more attentions for our country.Firstly, the background of Japanese Ocean Basic Law is introduced from threefacets and the forming process is expatiated in the1schapter. Secondly, the content ofJapanese Ocean Basic Law is analysed in details from purpose, policy, basic planand foundation of administrating office in the2ndchapter. Thirdly, the impacts ofJapaneseOcean Basic Law on the ocean disputes from China and Japan is the firstimportantcontents discussed in this paper.
