Analysis And Countermeasures Research Of Network Group Events

In recent years, with the deepening development of the Chinese reform and opening uppolicy and with the economic development, the society has gradually entered the criticalperiod of transition. During the period, as the variety of social interests collided each otherand the social conflict intensified constantly, the difficulty of social governance wasunprecedented increased. At the same time, with the rapid development of the networksociety, the Internet not only has become an important platform for people to exchangeeconomic and to spread the culture, but also play an important channel for people toexchange information and to spread the public opinions. Due to the issues that the networkconcerned about related to various aspects of the reality society, when the reality societyproblems can not be solved timely and effectively, the network group event will be increaseddramatically.Chinese scholars have already done some researches and studies on how to deal with thenetwork group and social governance of the Internet Age, but the research is still in the initialstage and the theoretical studies can not be effective guidance on the actual work. In thispaper, the existing theoretical results have been analyzed, and some typical cases such asXiamen "PX" event, Hangzhou “5·7drag racing event” and Hubei Shishou event have beenresearched from the perspective of political science, sociology and communication. On thebasis of the above analysis, firstly, the causes and the patterns of the network group eventwere analyzed. Secondly, the regularity and the development trend of the network groupevent were studied. Finally, the practices and policy recommendations to prevent the networkgroup event were proposed by using the crisis management theories.Combined with the status of our Government Function and how to deal with the networkgroup event, a full range of multi-angle response ideas and concepts which contained by theprevention before things happen, response in the process of things happen and the processingwork after things happened were proposed in this article. The integrated measurements forthe three systems which refer to the prevention subsystem, the disposal subsystem and themanagement subsystem were established. The purpose of this article is to provide thetheoretical support to deal with the network group event, and to defend the long term stabilityof social governance and healthy development of the socio-economic.
