Research On Tripartite Coordination Mechanism Of Occupational Health And Safety

Tripartite coordination mechanism is not only an important mode for marketeconomy countries to deal with and coordinate labor relations at present，but alsoplays an important role in the occupation safety and health. The modes of tripartitecoordination mechanism in England，Norway，SouthAfrica，Japan and so on has beenanalyzed by means of comparative analysis and empirical research. And combinedwith our practice，it is found that although tripartite coordination mechanism on laborrelationship has been established in China but occupational safety and health has notbeen covered. The main cause of the problems is largely due to the particularity of theoccupation safety and health regulation system in our country. The regulation ofoccupation safety and health which separated from the Department of humanresources and social security is beyond to the State Administration of work safety，the Ministry of health and other relevant departments. Therefore，the operation systemof the mechanism in China is put forward，and suggested written into the <WorkSafety Law> and <Code of Occupation Disease Prevention> which are basic laws inoccupational health and safety.
