Study On The Village Power Structure Under The Background Of Social Management

Analysis of Chinese village power structure as well as the study of the ruralsocial management always has been one of important subject study for scholars.According to our country’s national conditions, whether social management isefficiency or not depends on the validity and strength of the rural social management.The problems exist in the rural social management mainly because the village powerstructure is not harmonious. So in this paper, we analysis of the current subject existin yancheng city village and the interaction between these subjects by usedquestionnaire survey method and interview method. we found that the village powerstructure is typically Dual power structure form at present which produced manyproblems, such as: The Power operation of the rural basic government is impeded;The two Committees’ relationship is more and more bad, which lead to can’t workeffectively; The villagers’ Political participation ability and the Political satisfaction islow; The Informal power’s are no effective management. There are many reasons forthese problems: the lack of legal provision, the incomplete of Village political system,the indifference of villagers’ political participation, etc. To solve these problems, thearticle put forward improve the structure of rural power, create effective participatemechanism of villagers and good atmosphere of the "doubled committees"corporation and establish a multicultural village power structure. Only in this way, thevillage power subject can achieve cooperation harmoniously.
