| The maintenance of construction of ecological civilization in the mining area isthe precondition of sustainable development of mineral resource which is closelyrelated to mine construction, development and utilization of energy resources, minepeople’s lives and harmonious co-existence between man and nature. For a long time,due to weak awareness of environmental protection and excessive economicdevelopment, we have not paid attention to the construction of ecological civilizationduring the process of resource development which cased greatly waste of resourcesand a series of ecological damage. Mine has become the hardest hit of ecologicaldamage. Lag behind in mine construction of ecological civilization has became amajor risk of the mine ecological development and even the entire ecosystem.Therefore, strengthen the construction of ecological civilization in the miningarea is imminent.This article introduces the concept of ecological civilization mine and usesanalytical inductive method to combed the related laws, regulations, legal system atthe present stage of mining on ecological civilization construction, and also analyzethe problems of the legal system. This article proposed some specific measuressuggested to improve construction of ecological civilization in the mining area on thebasis of theoretical exploring advanced foreign experience in the construction ofecological civilization on mine and combined with Chinese national conditions. Ihope that it can play a facilitating role on construction of ecological civilization of themine. |
