This paper studies the Marxist conception of justice, grooming by parsing themeaning of "justice" as well as its historical form, in-depth analysis of the evolutionand development of the concept of "justice" in Marx’s ideological course. This courseis divided into three periods: the first recourse of justice and wandering period, duringthis period of Marx for justice have sought attitude, and the same with many liberaljustice scholars as a justice perfect value to look at this point to be fully reflected inhis doctoral thesis. To the end of this period is during his tenure "Rheinische ZeitungEditor-in-Chief, due to the impact of reality so that it gradually toward the suspect bythe pursuit of the concept of justice. The second period is the justice reflection andcritical period. Just thinking of this period of Marx is being reflected in the works ofHegel’s philosophical critique "Germany and France Yearbook1844Economic andPhilosophical Manuscripts". Although this period Marx by the pursuit of "justice"turned to criticism, but because of its criticism of speculative philosophy is making itinto a certain misunderstanding on the critical tools. But in spite of Marx criticism andreflection of the "justice" in this period is still in its ideological course occupies a veryimportant position and significance. Marx really full critique of the "justice" andbeyond the period after the birth of his book,"The German Ideology", Marx historicalmaterialism thinking methodology for justice has been fully based on the criticism,but also its social and material the production angle re deconstruction justice openedthe way. Therefore, Marx believed that justice in a society based on materialproduction, rather than the opposite.Undoubtedly has important significance for contemporary Chinese society, thestudy of Marx’s concept of justice. First, through the comparison and analysis of thevalue of justice and fairness, freedom to explore the inner meaning of justice,especially Marx’s concept of justice. Then, from a theoretical point of view the studyof Marx’s concept of justice, it is able to enrich the theoretical foundation of Marxism.Finally, from a practical point of view, Marx’s concept of justice, to solve socialjustice problems in China today has significant meaning. China today is at a criticalperiod of development of the primary stage of socialism, the complexity of the currentsocial situation, the contradictions are becoming increasingly diverse, therefore, thequestion of justice has become a very important social issue. The research explores the scientific truth about the Marxist concept of justice, for justice in today’s Chinesesociety has profound practical effect.
