Michael J.Sandel's(hereinafter referred to as Sandel) communitarian justice is a hot research topic in Contemporary Western political philosophy, in which the criticism of Rawls attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad.Referring to what is justice and what we can do to realize further jusitice,he says the common good precedes rights,we should define the standard of justice from the point of view of the community of "good",Sandel believed that justice principles should be accepted moral strength and justification of justice should rely on the inherent moral value or "good",fundamentally, the "good" is the discussion of the democracy of autonomous community. The logic of this paper is shown as follows:The first part discusses the research status of Sandel's view of justice,clarifies the innovation of theoretical value and practical value of this topic and expounds the status of justice in the system of historical materilism.The second part elaborates the theory origin of Sandel justice thought from the history of justice thought of Kant?Bentham?Mill?Nozick?Rawls and content from the relationship between right and good,the performance of justice,the path of realization and social function.In the third part,it critics Sandel's concept of justice from the historical materialism,which involves the "good"of the community,the way of realizion of Sandel's thought of justice etc.The fourth part discusses the aspects of theoretical (Marxist philosophy) and practical (the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics etc.)influence of Sandel's justice thought.
