Community Autonomy: Right Under The Framework Of The Multi-dimensional Research

Community autonomy is our present practice patterns of urban residents autonomy,effective way to protect the rights of urban residents’ self-realized. Based on the position ofPublic Law to self-government and autonomy as the theoretical foundation, while fusion ofsociology and political science theory, the connotation of community self-value, functionalanalysis and multidimensional community autonomy, clear various community autonomyinvolved in the relationship between the body, to solve the problem of the protection of therights of the residents of our community.In addition to the introduction, conclusion, the paper is divided into five parts, the maincontent and ideas are as follows:The first part is the theoretical premise. As the theoretical basis for the author toself-government and autonomy through retrospective community etymology and compareresidents’ committees, institutional autonomy of residents, reveal the meaning of communityautonomy. Community autonomy is a form of self-government of a social communityself-government body in self-governance, freedom to realize their own rights. To ensure therealization of autonomy is the ultimate purpose of its core content. Communityself-government has a right to the face, and the right to property is the essential attribute ofcommunity autonomy. Community autonomy is a system of rights, with three the connotationand three value attributes.The second part of the author to explore from the perspective of community residents toparticipate in the democratic values of community autonomy. Community residents toparticipate in the political rights attributes embody the democratic values of communityautonomy, electoral participation community residents to participate on the basis of the mostimportant forms. Practice in our community autonomy, the realization of the right to vote inthe community there are still some obstacles, such as the lack of legal guarantees for theequality of the residents the right to vote, authenticity can not be effectively realized. To solvethese problems, the author put forward some suggestions, want to be able to contribute to thetrue realization of the democratic rights of community residents.The third part of the author from the point of view of the community-based organizationsto explore the value of freedom of community autonomy. Community-based organizations are an important force for community autonomy, play an important role of coordination,communication and services in the community autonomy. Community residents throughcommunity social organization of freedom of association, the second time to participate incommunity autonomy.
