The Government’s Leading Virtual Community

As the improvement of IT technology, the socialist democratic politics constantlyimprove, and increase of people’s demand the social environment of ceaseless optimization,the network platform has become a new bridge between the government and the public,and it is playing an increasingly important role. The virtual community has attracted lots ofInternet users because of its open, free, equality. The government’s leading virtualcommunity provides a way to make the government and the public online interactivebecome a reality. But the research of government’s leading virtual community has juststarted in our country, lack of relevant research of its construction and management.This paper first analyzes the connotation of the government’s leading virtualcommunity. On the basis of deep mining, this paper puts forward the constructionobjectives and principles specific function composition and specific construction security.And I use relevant theoretical basis put forward four aspects management strategies inview of the management. Finally take "the Han Shan Wen Zhong" BBS as an example toanalyze the management operation process, prove the feasibility of the construction andmanagement research. The government’s leading virtual community is for furtherinnovation management model to improve government efficiency, and open network newdemocratic process is of great significance.
