Policy And Practice Of Middle Peasants Of The Communist Party Of China In North China Of Liberation War Looked From The People’s Daily

The importance of China’s middle class is decided by it’s own economic and political status and the properties and tasks of Chinese revolution. The Middle peasants policy of the communist party of China(CPC) is gradually formed and developed in the long practice of Chinese revolution. Throughout the Land reform process,no matter how the situation changes,"unity middle peasants" is always the center of CPC’s policy to middle peasants,which also the center policy adjustment based on.After the first revolutionary civil war and Anti-Japanese War, the policy of middle peasants of CPC has become more mature and perfect.The People’s Daily which founded in1946is the mouthpiece of the party and the government, always actively promote the party and the government policy proposals and record every drop of the social development in China. Land reform as a big event in the history of China, the People’s Daily would not miss the high attention of it.It reported policies and practices of the land reform of CPC’s show the situation land reform.This paper chooses the north China as the study area,it combes the development of middle peasants policy of CPC of the liberation war.The policy practice of CPC is the main line, combining with specific cases of the People’s Daily which to explore the influence on the psychological and behavior of middle peasants to show interaction with the policy and psychological and behavior of middle peasants.The paper points out not only problems of the policy and negative effects on middle peasants objectively, but also successful cases which analyzed and summarized of policy practice during and after the adjustment.
