With the development of science and technology innovation, improvement of economic level, capitalism doesn’t fall in the financial crisis, but because of the often deal with the economic crisis, to obtain dynamic continuous self adjustment, still maintained a certain space for development. At the same time, the ecological environment deterioration has become in today’s society, advanced technology, convenient life, along with the continuous deepening of economic globalization, the problem of air pollution, food containing toxic, abnormal climate increasingly plagued mankind. Especially in recent years, haze phenomenon, has seriously interfered with people’s normal life and learning. The ecological environment question already is not the individual regional issues, has become a global problem. More and more people began to pay attention to this problem, began to study this phenomenon.James O’Conner through the study of dual crisis theory of capitalism itself, that is not sustainable, and socialism in a sense is, to resolve the ecological crisis.
