At present, the corruption issue has become a worldwide problem. Our society isin transition, with the typical characteristics of a transitional society, corruption-prone, brought ills caused increasingly acute social conflicts, anti-corruption taskparticularly arduous. Known as the " Sunshine Act," the official property declarationsystem as a recognized weapon terminal corruption, with early warning, openness,mandatory, systematic and other features, for strengthening discipline officials tostrengthen public supervision, effectively regulate the conduct of officials from theeffect of controlling corruption at the source to see.
