At present, China is in the stage of accelerated development of aging population, at the same time, Chinese aging significantly ahead of modernization, the economy is not developed, the old before getting rich situation. Along with the rapid growth of the elderly population, put forward higher request to the lives of the elderly care, rehabilitation, health care, spiritual and cultural needs, the pension problem becomes more and more serious. From the present situation, the old-age social security system in our country is still not perfect, the family pension is still the pension majority, however, along with the historical development and the progress of the society, make every aspect of social life has undergone profound changes, the family structure has small features, traditional way to provide for the aged is difficult to maintain; community service the pension service can only guarantee the basic necessities of life, only to meet the basic needs of the elderly, and in the social and education has carried out but the specification and quality are not high:in the institutional pension, pension institutions often provide service is single, service objects also tend to be concentrated in the frail elderly who for the elderly, it is difficult to provide accurate and professional services of different needs, but also easily lead to psychological problems, the elderly and the nursing home, generally by the private, main purpose is profit, and therefore charges high tend to make people unbearable; therefore, how to combine the national conditions of our country to explore nursing mode is put in we urgently needs to be solved. This paper presents research on self serving the community elderly population, the elderly is based on mutual assistance between, reduce to optimize the allocation of resources and social and family burden. This article through to the domestic and foreign literature research endowment to sort out, to summarize the experience on the basis of introducing pension mode cooperation at home and abroad:then according to the field survey in Jilin province City Changchun Xiantai Community. based on the survey data to support the elderly mutual pension situation is discussed:at the end of the current mutual support the elderly population the dilemma facing the analysis, and put forward the suggestion.
