With the continuous development of new media technology represented by theInternet, society has entered the era of omnimedia, people have more carrier of speech,speech communication can increase and the propagation time of the formation of publicopinion, more and more easily. China is in the social transition period, variouscontradictions, public opinion plays a more and more important role. The rapiddevelopment of the Internet, has brought revolutionary changes the public opinionformation and dissemination way, reshaping social public opinion and media ecology,and with amazing depth and breadth affects every aspect of social life. The currentpublic opinion in China is still a non rational, diversity, emotional characteristics, so thatthe guide has become more and more important public opinion, but also more and moredifficult. In reality, in case of emergencies, the public opinion guidance for idea obsolete,the mechanism is not perfect, can not form together, so that the correct guidance ofpublic opinion propagation and severely affected, therefore only enhance awareness,strengthen the mainstream public opinion dissemination capacity building, establish andimprove all media era law, regulations, management system in order to comply with thedevelopment of the times. In this paper, by using the theory of case analysis andexpounds the method of combining the era of omnimedia, public opinion, publicopinion guide and other related theory, analysis the era of omnimedia influence onpublic opinion guide work, analyzed the current our country public opinion to guide thepresent situation, existing problems and reasons, and using the experience of Germany,the United States public opinion guidance, from the Chinese government to deal withthe media, make the specific practice of public opinion guidance, refines the experienceand the principle of universal significance, and puts forward the public opinion hasstrong operational guidance strategy.
