The data also showed that the urbanization levelof china is still draggling the world average50%level,also far behind the level of85%in developed countries, thus plenty of upside for future development will be waiting for.However, as the growth of urbanization, there will be many opponents.Survey data alsoshows that the majority of medium cities are pressed for education, social security, andothers, at the same time, the supplyment of public services short of financial funds.It isdifficult to meet the required social security and related public goods spending.State Council Development Research Center study shows an increasing in theurban population of each corresponding public service-related facilities, new investmentminimum takes about90,000yuan, according to this estimate, the Eleventh Five urbanand rural public service supply funding will be needs conservative about7.7trillionyuan, by2020, the urbanization rate maybe50%or more, so that the supply of publicservices required forty trillion.
