| Selected graduates system is a important cadre and personnel system in China. It started in1960s, which was suspended for a period of time, and there are more than30years after it’s resumption in1980s, so that the selected graduates system has cultivated a group of leaders and talents for the reform and opening and modernization construction. With the growing ranks of selected graduates, the hysteresis quality of the management system gradually highlight, which become the social focus. It is essential for economic and social development to deepen the reform of the cadre and personnel system, and strengthen and improve theintensify the reform of cadre and personnel system so as to cultivate more young cadres for the reform and development. In this paper, we focus on dealing with the current outstanding problems of selected graduates, establish more scientific and reasonable management mode for selected graduates, and based on analyzing the working status of selected graduates of Guangxi, describes the necessity of management by objectives in the selected graduates’ work, put forward some basic ideas of selected graduates’ management by objectives to explore new ways to reinforce the team construction of selected graduates. Overall, the basic conclusion of the thesis is that, the management by objective of Guangxi’s selected graduates is not only adapted to the objective requirements of the development of market economy, and accord with law of growth of selected graduates, but also the objective requirements of improving level of management of selected graduates. This is the basic trends of cadres’ modern management. Promote management by objectives of the Guangxi selected graduates, it must take the theory of management by objective as the instruction, according to the working characteristics of selected graduates and the actual situation of Guangxi, set the management objectives scientifically and reasonably, then guide, supervise and control the implementation of the objectives in all directions, carry out target supervision objectively and equitably, and take full advantage of the results of the starget supervision. This a basic way to innovative management mode, develop the potential of the selected graduates fully and ensure the implementation of the strategy of selected graduates. |
