In recent years,Shanxi province has increased the recruitment of selected students.Because of its “young,highly educated,capable,”the characteristics of people’s widespread concern.Although the recruitment of selected students can improve the cadre structure,improve the quality of cadres and inject vitality into the cadre ranks,with the expansion of the recruitment scale,how to carry out targeted management around “advance,retreat,management,education,Love ” has become an urgent task to be studied.This article take L City’s 255 selected students as the research object to understand L city selected students management present situation in-depth.It is found that there are some problems in the current management of L city,such as the lack of selection purpose,weak professional training and lack of motivation,which lead to serious job burnout.The main causes of these problems are high threshold into low-standard management,career expectation and reality deviation,rapid expansion of the group of selected students,local-level solidification and so on.For the above reasons,This paper holds that the characteristic management of selected students,we must take such measures as making clear the responsibility and division of labor,breaking the tendency of solidification at the local level,gradually perfecting the means of training and use,and guiding the selected students to make their career planning,so as to ensure that the selection of selected students this team more quickly take root and thrive.
