Since the end of the cold war pattern of northeast Asia and even the world oneof the most distinctive feature is the rise of China. China’s rise is mainly reflected inthe economic strength and international say, military strength and cultural influence.China’s economy the power from the world’s sixth in2000rose to2010in thesecond, with the increase in its voice in the international; The ascension of militarystrength is an important part of the hard power, while cultural appeal is a reflectionof China’s soft power.China’s rise to power structure has brought great influence in northeast Asiaregions. At the end of the cold war for the node the rise of China can be divided intotwo periods: before and after the end of the cold war. Power structure of the coldwar, the northeast Asian region dominated by the United States and the Soviet union,the regional order is subject to the needs of the United States and the Soviet union,China is in a supporting role in the regional power structure, with the rapiddevelopment of economy in Japan, in the early1980s has grown into the worldeconomy, and to the political power.
