Study Of Problems On The Construction Of The Vietnamese Ruling Party Since "Doi Moi"

Vietnam is a close friend of China as well as an adjoining neighbor. Astwo of the few remaining socialist countries in the world, both under thesimilar history background and share a similar modern opening-up process.Under the present circumstances, both the Chinese and Vietnamesecommunist parties are increasingly paying attention on the construction oftheir own ruling party. And through studying about the main emphasis on theconstruction of the Vietnamese ruling party since its opening up, we canconstantly learn from each other and use their precious experience forreference. This paper can be divided into six parts. The first part is about thebasic thoughts of the Marxism on the construction of the communist party.The second part is to introduce the achievements that have been made and thechallenges that have been faced by the Vietnamese communist party. Thethird is focusing on the ideological building of the construction of communistparty in power. The fourth part is emphasizing the organizational building inthe construction of communist party in power. The fifth part is paying greatattention on the construction of a clean, honest and incorruptible government.Finally, according to the analysis that has discussed above, the author tried tocome to a clear and objective perception on the construction of theVietnamese ruling party since its “Doi Moi”.
