Civil society is known as the "civil society",in the famous anti-corruption expertPope’s opinion, it is the important pillar of national integrity system, in the aspect ofanti-corruption it plays the role of the other pillar don’t have. India as South Asia’slargest developing country, with the development and improvement of comprehensivenational strength, the growing strength happened to civil society, but the India’scorruption phenomenon is particularly serious in transitional period. Faced withserious corruption phenomenon and the damage for the citizens, civil societygradually checks and balances with government forces to form the effectivesupervision on the fringes of the government power. With the development of thecurrent trend of civil society participation in anti-corruption, India’s civil society isgradually penetrated into the anti-corruption field and fight against the government’scorruption through various channels and ways. Research, therefore, the civil societyof anti-corruption has strong theoretical value,it also can prevent the alienation ofpower of India at the same time and better control of serious corruption of India,so ithas strong practical value.In the writing of this paper,I emphasized the civil society asan independent anti-corruption strength in India’s role in the process of theanti-corruption, the paper makes an exploration about civil society anti-corruptiontheory and it provides a new perspective for restricting power and prevent corruptionbreeding.Based on the relative theory of civil society against corruption and combinedwith relevant cases, I make an interpretation about the India’s civil societyanti-corruption’s general situation, subject, way and effect, and make thecorresponding forecast about the prospect of the anti-corruption of Indian civilsociety in the conclusion, it is concluded that the power of civil society will becomemore and more stronger, the role in India’s anti-corruption will gradually strengthen.Ihope that through the introduction of the anti-corruption of India’s civil societyrelated knowledge can make a little contribution to the progress of anti-corruptiontheory.
