Study On Rights Protection Of Fuzhou Labor Union

Nowadays, the economic and social development is in the important period of structural adjustment and changing pattern, all the members of Fuzhou Labor Union are fighting for building Minjiang golden triangle economic circle and an open, civilized, harmonious and happy Fuzhou led by Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government. Because of history and the situation of changing period, the market economy and law system is imperfect, the situation of capital owner became superiority and labor became disadvantaged is more and more obvious, the workers’ rights, especially in private companies, always offended deeply. As a result, Labor Union should urgently carry out the responsibilities and play a great role in standing up for the workers’rights. However, there are many problems in asserting labors’ rights. Labor Union neither asserted workers’ right effectively nor stood up for rights themselves. How to solve this problem? How to assert the staff’s legal right based on the whole society’s right, how to harmonize all the relationships and keep society harmonious? In this situation, we should strength and perfect Labor Union’s work, make Labor Union to play a good role, and unite all the people around the Party. So it is significant to study rights protection of Labor Union for society harmony and stability in theory and reality level.The article is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background and significance, literature review of domestic and foreign articles, innovation and disadvantages; the second part introduces the relative theories and concepts; the third part introduces the current situation of right protection of Labor Union; the forth part analyzes the current situation of the labor’s perceive through the interview in Fuzhou city; the fifth part analyze the problems of right protection from five levels in staff, labor union, enterprise, government and law; the sixth part carries out the advises and suggestions from five aspects in improving the supports for right protection of labor union, strength the independence of right protection, gain the recognition and government’s cooperation and support legal protection so that to complete the goal of the article.
