A Research Of Migrant Children School Adjustment Under The Background Of Circulation

Migrated Population has been a concern in the academic community, traced mainly flawed and our modern system of social transformation policies are closely related. The school children of migrant workers are migrants adapt to more important issues in question. Migrant children school adjustment problems mainly with two parts, the first is to adapt to urban private schools and public schools to adapt to his home village. In the study of this issue, this paper introduces the perspective circulating, connecting rural and urban life scenes, comprehensive school for children of migrant workers to adapt as much as possible to make a comprehensive understanding of the issues and discussion. The entire study mainly draws on Bourdieu’s practice logical theory, mainly from the field, habitus and capital to study the children of migrant workers in the circulation in the school adjustment problems.This paper uses qualitative research methods,in particular the process of combining participant observation,semi-structured interviews and focus group interviews, etc., down to the school where children of migrant workers and family field, perception and experience its life scenes, draw conclusions. Circulation of children of migrant workers is based on the economic reality, the family’s pursuit of a better education and access to resources comes. But the children of migrant workers on circulation can be divided into temporary a circular flow and multiple circulation; against circulating attitude can be divided into expect happy type, exclusion helpless type and effectiveness of the optimal type of three type.The school adjustment mainly were analyzed from academic adjustment, teacher-student relationship, peer relationships and school environment are four levels of private schools and home to the city public schools.Combining the Bourdieu’s practice of logic, discuss family children of migrant workers, school field, the degree of correspondence with four different levels of capital and habitus to the study of school adjustment problems of children of migrant workers come to the school to adapt depends its own capital, in the process of shaping its kind ever habitus further reinforced this situation.Finally, this paper from a policy, reproduction, space, and ethical aspects of research done further discussion.
