Research On The Incentive Mechanism For People’s Police In Jiangsu Province Wuxi Prison

Incentive as eternal theme of Human Resource Management and OrganizationalBehavior, plays an important role in the operation and management of organization.Therefore, establishing and improving human resource’s incentive mechanism, is vitalto effective accomplishment of organizational goals. Prison people’s police is a specialgroup of our country civil servants. To establish incentive mechanism to people’s policeeffectively and activate their enthusiasm and creativity, which are the core of the prisonpolice team construction, have a beneficial effect on the improvement of prison people’spolice and the reform of the whole prison.In this thesis, we take the Jiangsu Province Wuxi Prison people’s police as anexample and investigate the current incentive mechanism. Then we explore the mainreasons for the existing problems in activating prison people’s police. Finally we putforward some suggestions in developing incentive mechanism for prison people’s police.We hope that our research could be helpful in the solution of the existing problems like‘incentive is Insufficient and restriction is weak’ as well as creating a high-energy, highefficient, honest prison people’s polices.
