From How To Correctly Handle The "Government" And "Household" Contradiction See Grass-roots Government Public Management Reform

In recent years, the contradiction between “government affairs” and “householdduties，，is a prominent problem happened in government officials. On one hand, theproblem seirously affects the work enthusiasm of civil servants，on the other hand, itcauses a lot of family problems in many civil servants, has become a public oiffcialmental health killer, forms a social problem which can not be ignored. How toscientiifcally understand and grasp the "government affairs” and "household d"utiescontradiction, formulate correct method in solving conflict, is one of the problemswhich need urgently studied and solved for the current government personnelmanagement and organization departments at all levels.In this paper，take Tinghu government young civil servants as sample, throughquestionnaire survey and interviews, seminars and other forms of organization,the"government affairs" and "household duties" contradictory reality, reason and treatmentmethod of contradiction to conduct investigation and study, the same time combine withthe domestic and foreign research results about work and family conlfict, to ifndappropirate method to solve the contradiction, provide basic government with referencefor the public management reform.This article consists of ifve parts: the first part, it mainly introduces the researchbackground and signiifcance of the research, a comprehensive introduction to thecurrent domestic and foreign about work and family conflict theory development andempirical study; the second part, introduces the work to carry out this research related tothe family conflict theory; the third part，introduces the Tinghu District Government young civil servants "government affairs" and "household duties"contradiction in thecourse of the study，questionnaire design and survey, carires on processing to thecollected data using statistical analysis sotfware, the district government of young civilservants "government affairs" and "household duties"contradictory situation; the fourthpart, according to the findings of the investigaiton，the "government affairs" and"household duties" contradiction method is proposed; the fitfh part, a summary of thepaper.
