Grassroots Civil Servants Do Not Study As Problems

With the continuous progress of China's construction of a service-oriented government,the process of governing the country according to law and administering it according to law has been continuously improved,and the issue of high pressure to crack down on and severely punish official corruption has continued.The problem of civil servants 'inaction has gradually entered the public's eyes as a hidden corruption problem.And it has become a phenomenon that is severely cracked down.In the civil service,the grassroots civil servants account for the vast majority of the total number of civil servants.They are the Implementers who directly assume the public management functions of the government.They are the links between the party,the state,the government and the people,and they bear the burden of National Public governance and grassroots services.The manner in which they conduct themselves in the exercise of State authority and the manner in which they work have a direct impact on the credibility of the party,the State and the Government.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the inaction of grass-roots civil servants to promote the administration of government organs,carry out their duties in accordance with the law,be honest and responsible,and build a country under the rule of law.This paper studies the status quo of grass-roots civil servants,adopts literature research method and qualitative analysis method,and goes into politics.
