Study On Legal Regulations About The Social Responsibility Of Multinational Corporations In China

Along with our country economy developing partly advanced by multinational corporation,some economical and social problem arisen.All new problems are multinational corporation weakening social responsibility in china, which makes great adverse effects on our country’s economical and social developing.The main purposes of this paper are to clarify the meanings and contents of social responsibility of multinational corporation in china by analyzing the basic theories about corporations’responsibility,and try to solve the problem.This article based on the common corporations’social responsibility theory.However,for the part of multinational corporation,the discussion specially carry on the methods of comparative analysis.There are4parts. In the fist part, the overview of the social responsibility of multinational corporation is surveyed. Some concepts brought by experts and organizations,basic theories of social responsibility of corporations are introduced,which are also applied to the multinational corporations.Based on the basic of knowledges given above,the contents of social responsibilities of multinational corporations are discussed later.In the second part,the legal mechanism of the social responsibility conducted by multinational corporations is discussed,which include national laws and inter-national laws.This part mainly discuss national laws and inter-national laws about social responsibility about corporation,then try to find deficiencies in it.In the third part,the current conditions of the social responsibility how multinational corporations conduct in china has been shown,also the reasons for the situations are analyzed.Through collecting many cases and data,this part is to discuss the the weakening situation,finally find the reasons for the weakening.In the forth part,this paper chase a way to strengthen the social responsibility of multinational corporations in china.As a host country,our legal regulations are not good enough to monitor the multinational corporations. Some advices are given in this part to advance our legal regulation and make corporations under control.
