Research On Question System

Question system is an important part of people’s congress system in our country. It has a pivotal position in the access to government information, supervise the government actions, etc. But now in China, what we see is the contradiction between the value and reality significance contained in question system, and the people’s congress weak consciousness. This contradiction make us thinking. This article try. to analysis the contradiction from four respects, and then puts forward some related suggestions.The first part introduced the basic theory of inquiry system, including the concept of Inquiry right the inquiry system of the legal basis and the difference between the inquiry and inquiry and so on. This part is to help readers to build a a clear conceptual understanding of Inquiry right.The second part includes two aspects, combing the legal norms and the development of legal relationship.The third part is an introduction of Implementation status about Inquiry right.The fourth part is about advice, in an attempt to perfect our inquiry right gradually, cultivate Democratic ideas and make a promotion of inquiry right.
