Community as a grass-roots organization, which is closely linked with thepeople crowd life, is indispensable in human life. In recent years, with the continuousadvance of urbanization, urban community population density, heavy traffic, poorliving conditions, the complexity of mobility, social disorder and other issues keepemerging, severely hampered construction of city communities. The community gridmanagement has carried on the innovation and development to the traditionalmanagement of the system. Through the integration of government resources, thecommunity grid management provide the active, efficient, targeted servicesto community residents, and improve the efficiency of city management.Supported by the community governance and network governance theory，thepaper combined the reality of Da Shiqiao community grid management, and uses theliterature research method, survey research method and system analysis to analyzethe organization, technical means and operation system of the community gridmanagement.According to the level of management level, community involvement,system construction and collaboration, the passage analyze the problems and thereasons of the the community grid management.
