Non-profit organizations and government and business is differentit,is in addition to government andthird sector enterprises.Volunteers are an important part of non-profit organizations,volunteer managementis also different from the management of government and corporate staff,volunteers motivation to volunteera certain particularity,so it decided to volunteer for non-profit organizations management also has a certaindegree of particularity,require special management.With the continuous progress and development ofsociety,our nonprofit organization has also been a vigorous development,volunteer service and loftyspiritual content has been recognized and supported by the community.Volunteer service marks ofcivilization and progress,community volunteerism marks human mesenchymal spirit from egoism toaltruism and charitable spirit of leap.More and more volunteers,volunteer services range morewidely.Volunteer service has become an international cause.Volunteer as an integral part of the non-profitorganization,directly affects the development and growth of nonprofit organizations.Volunteer theirtime,love and the ability for the community and the people in unpaid volunteer service,the quantity andquality of volunteers can even become a measure of a country’s standard of whether or not the progress ofcivilization.For many reasons life stress,social pressure,and some people were forced to carry out voluntaryservice pressure,which can be said to volunteering escapism or for their own interests.Of course,themotivation for people to participate in voluntary service is not necessarily so pure,which is also a mix ofmany complex factors,including a number of subjective factors and objective factors,and other socialresponsibility,social obligations.After an investigation found that in foreign countries,a large part of peopleinvolved in volunteering in order to avoid fees and taxes,some of it is due to the mandatory oppressiveboss.In China,there is a part of the motivation of volunteers involved in volunteer service is not enoughpure.There is a volunteer service is the government or its subordinate departments to use its power andresources initiated this voluntary service blurs the volunteer motivation of volunteers,reducing theenthusiasm of the volunteers,there is also a volunteer for their own future and personal development ofsymbolic volunteer service,which essentially they are violating the spirit of volunteer service.Volunteeringis a very noble embodied the spirit of volunteerism,is a symbol of social civilization and progress.At the time of the non-profit organization managed by volunteers,it should be noted mobilize the enthusiasm ofthe volunteers,volunteer correct motives,giving a strong sense of belonging to the volunteers and to meetthe normal needs volunteers.Our volunteer management and volunteer management compared to developedWestern countries there is a certain distance,because volunteer management in China started late,theoreticalresearch is still in its infancy.Therefore,the study and discussion of volunteer management,has a veryimportant significance.In this paper,a non-profit organization of volunteer management for thestudy,introduced the concepts of nonprofit organizations,elaborated on the definition of non-profitorganizations,volunteerism, volunteer services and volunteers.Ninth Beijing to Fair Park volunteers as acase study on the status of non-profit organizations managed by our volunteers were analyzed to identifythe problems,mainly:organizational management philosophy there is a deviation,volunteers managementand use of the members and volunteers of the irrational structure is not enough scientific,and find solutionsto this problem based on the above questions,comments and suggestions to solve the problem.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,this section discusses thebackground and significance of the study,the content and methods of the present research at home andabroad and research,chapter II is the basic concepts and theoretical research related scoring,mainly on thebasic concepts of non-profit organizations,volunteerism,volunteer service and volunteers,motivatedvolunteers volunteer service,the theoretical foundation of volunteers and volunteer management.processmanagement,chapter Three case studies to ninth session Beijing Fair Park as an example of a non-profitorganization management analysis and research,introduced the basic situation of Beijing and Beijing FairPark Fair Park volunteer management processes carried out a detailed analysis,fourth chapter summarizesthe strengths and weaknesses of the Beijing Fair Park volunteer management,and which leads tothinking,fifth chapter is based on the Beijing Fair Park volunteer management analysis and research on thestatus quo of China’s non-profit organizations of volunteers managed to make some comments andsuggestions for improvement,mainly from the recruitment of volunteers to build a scientificsystem,strengthen the training of volunteers,volunteer service to improve the incentive mechanism andestablish and improve the legal protection of the four non-profit organizations and other volunteers toperfect.
