| As the Shanghai 2010 EXPO has been ended successfully on Oct.31st, the volunteer service which including the longest serving time,the greatest number of volunteers and the widest careers has also been ended successfully. Over two million people participate in the service, and among the Expo Park Volunteers, more than 90% are the youth people. Participating in volunteer service is the external performance of the youth to become mature, but also an inevitable demand of the development of social public service to a certain stage. This paper focuses on stander theories at home and abroad, based on the background of our country, using social science researching methods, and then put forward some Suggestions.The first part is the introduction.Firstly it introduces the background of the subject research. Secondly, it clarifies the research object, straighten out the concept. In the third section of this part introduces the research method, the technical route and innovative points. The last section tells literature at home and abroad which is the material foundation, and summarizes the strong correlation between domestic and foreign research progress of this topic.In the second part, it focuses on the current status of our country young volunteer service and the sustainable development background, which is also, why me do this paper and what is the background of this paper. First it summarizes the China youth volunteer service organization operation mode, the characteristics and problems. Then, to the late evaluation mechanism, this paper discusses the current young volunteer service evaluation system status and existing problems. At last, illustrate the significance of further research, from the social significance, political significance, cultural meaning three perspective.In the third and fourth part of the research, it focuses on subject characteristics of the sustainable development of the youth volunteer service in our country. Based on broad empirical study,it summarizes the current problem during Shanghai 2010 Expo youth volunteered,including the motive and personality traits.Then analyzes the whole social background. The fourth part using SPSS statistical software, basing on the new data environment, impact factor analysis and evaluation system structure. Using binary logistic regression model, with modeling method,to analyze the influencing factors of different youth voluntary service role.The fifth part is for the countermeasures and proposals. According to the aboving disscussions for the body of the youth of features, the youth volunteered motivation, young volunteer service influence factors,giving the suggestions, mainly from the government level, social level, college level, youth volunteer organization level four level.The suggestions are mainly for:to construct sustainable policy environment,to build and ongoing social coordination management mechanism,to build sustainable volunteer service support system,to resume the classification of sustainable management mechanism of stratification.Finally in the sixth part is further summary around themes sublimation. Through the reflection of the Shanghai 2010 Expo,thinking about the gain and loss of the volunteer service.Especially the volunteers combed our country mobilization, recruitment, organization, training, motivation, coordination, sustaining, assessment of beneficial experience, and combining the present situation of the national volunteer service.Then puts forward the construction in the national youth volunteer service of the sustainable development strategy, let the volunteer services to be promoting our country's voluntary service career for the further development of the strong force. |
