Research On Public Management Of Corporate Social Responsibility Crisis

China is in a crucial period of multiple transitions,it reforms and develops whilefacing the threats of all kinds of public crises.In recent yeas many corporate socialresponsibility crises caused by the lack of responsibility of enterprises have occurredfrequently in all aspects of basic necessaries of social life,which has seriously affectedeconomic development and social stability of China and has become the huge challengefor the government to deal with urgently.How to prevent and cope with different CSRcrises inspects the capability of public crisis management of the government.The solidfoundation and crucial guarantee of CSR crisis management lies in the perfection ofpublic management regulations as well as reinforcing system construction andmechanism structure.The paper at first gives a brief introduction of relative concepts andresearch materials,then investigates and generalized the status of current CSR crises,andanalyses the existing problems of the CSR crisis management combined with thequestionary surveys from three aspects including regulations,system andmechanism,after that the paper takes Bo Sea oil spilling crisis as the typical case todiscuss the specific deficiencies in this CSR crisis management, finally the paper putforward the measures to improve the CSR crisis management on the basis of theproblems lying in the regulation,system and mechanism of CSR crisis management.
