Study On Standardization System Of Fire Protection Management And Evaluation Index

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy in our country, various of industries and companies are expanding and developing at the same time. However, the level of enterprise fire protection management in our country is still in the traditional management mode, and the fire accident also continued to grow year after year, which caused serious direct economic loss and people victims. And it also brings a bad effect upon the social harmony and enterprise development. Because of the system of fire protection management is not completed, the responsibility fire protection managers are not implemented, and the fire safety propaganda and education did not reach the designated position, which led the enterprise fire accident happened frequently. According to current fire protection management situation, it has great significance to establish the fire protection management standardization system of enterprise, preventing security incidents.The main works in this dissertation are as follows:(1) Referring to the literatures of fire protection management standardization, summarizes the theory which relates to fire protection management standardization. Through analyzing the content and process of fire management, the present problems and shortcomings are summarized, and the line to establish the fire protection management standardization is ensure. Combined with the survey data, the fire protection management standardized system with its fire characteristic is established from four aspects, which are people, regulation, management and technology perfect the content of the system from the above four aspect, and define the implementation methods and operation mode.(2) Combined with the content of the fire protection management standardized, the evaluation index to the system are fully analysed and researched. The analytic hierarchy pross (AHP) is used to establish the evaluation index system of fire protection standardization. And, calculate the weight of each evaluation index. Confirm the stars, and establish the fire protection management standardization evaluation table. (3) Combined with the content of fire protection regulations and standardization, the requirements of fire protection management standardization is determined. Scoring rubric is formulated to each index with the method of Delphi.(4) Taking the company which producting food grain and oil in Changsha for example, the system has been put into practical with the company’s specific conditions. The fire protection management standardization system has been evaluated with the way of index evaluation, which has concluded that the system using a food grain and oil company in Changsha is very effective.In this dissertation,16figures,25tables and94references are counted up.
