Research On Contractor's Claim Management Based On Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process

The successful conclusion of the contractor's experience of winning the bid by low price and making profits by profit is widely circulated in international projects.With the gradual internationalization of construction market in our country,the gap between the problems in construction management of claims in China's construction industry and its internationalization gradually obvious.For a long time,due to the restraint of the planned economy system,the awareness of legal concepts and contracts in China's engineering sector is weak.At present,there is a wide range of services such as weak sense of claims,misunderstandings of claims,methods of claims,inadequate claims procedures,and claims-related services incomplete support,lack of professionals and many other issues.In view of the contractor's weak position in the construction market,it is necessary to establish the evaluation criteria for contractor claims management level to help improve the contractor's claim management.The main research of this dissertation is to establish the evaluation model of claims management based on the contractor's perspective and to locate the claims management level of contractors under the realistic background of engineering claims.It provides a reference for the contractors to improve their claims in the future.Strong practical significance.The specific framework is as follows:(1)Background research.First of all,starting from the background meaning and the current situation of claims management in our country,we draw the conclusion that the inevitability of improving the management level of contractors' claims in our country.Secondly,through the literature review method,we make some theoretical accumulation of the research status at home and abroad,and propose the research direction and framework of the dissertation based on the lack of domestic research on claims management.(2)Theoretical research.First of all,based on the definition of the concept of claims,feature analysis,classification,processes and other aspects of the claims related to the definition of basic research.Secondly,this paper introduces the research methods used in this paper:qualitative research methods,improved analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.(3)Construct evaluation system of contractor claims management level.Through semi-structured interviews,we conducted a semi-structured interviews and semi-structured interviews with relevant subjects in the process of claiming during the one-year internship survey to find out the important factors that affect the contractor's claims management.On this basis,according to the basic principles established by the evaluation system,the evaluation system of contractor claims management level was constructed,which included 6 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 57 auxiliary evaluation indicators.(4)Construct evaluation model of contractor claims management level.First introduced the common management level of the common evaluation method.Secondly,AHP-DEMATEL is used to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation system based on the initial weight and influence weight.At last,fuzzy evaluation method is applied to build the evaluation model of contractor claims management level.Based on the specific case,the contractor's claim management level is judged.The feasibility,scientificness and practicability of the proposed model are verified.(5)Countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the factors influencing the contractor's claims management,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of evidence technology,contract technology and negotiation art to improve the contractor's claims management.(6)Summarize the conclusions and deficiencies of this paper,put forward the direction that needs further study in the future.
