The Research On Management Mode Of Chinese Philanthropy Issues

Philanthropy as an important part of the social security supplement, it played in society regulate socialinequality, the role of maintaining social fairness and justice. Philanthropy as a core managementdevelopment, significance for the development of philanthropy is self-evident.This article from the aspects of philanthropy management mode, combined with some of the advancedWestern countries philanthropy management model for analysis and comparison, analysis of the currentproblems of the management model of philanthropy that exists, and according to these issues resolvedcountermeasures.This article analyzes the use of literature and comparative analysis, through the study of a largenumber of documents, use of relevant disciplines of management theory, sociology and other cross-study,comparative research charity management, for management model to analyze the issue of philanthropy, andthe corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In this article, I use the foundation of research paper and comparison of foreign and Chinesemanagement model of philanthropy, pointed out several issues of philanthropy management model exists: excessive government involvement, institutions are too complex, high registration Gates, poor credibility ofthe legal system is not perfect. For the analysis of these issues, put forward the correspondingcountermeasures: First, China’s philanthropy management model should be government-led transformationled to civil; Second, we should improve relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible; The third is togive space for charitable organizations in policy development; Finally, there is a charitable organization tostrengthen its management capacity. The last part of the paper, is the focus of this study, It use ofmanagement theory to analyze the performance management model and feasibility of using philanthropymanagement. For the special case of the current development of Chinese philanthropy, put forward theThird-party performance management model proposed in this new management model of philanthropy.
