Abstract:Professional social worker is a social service work, is a sunrise industry, social demand is growing, but the professional social worker team construction itself has some problems, these problems have seriously affected the team’s development and role play. The reason is the professional social workers incentive mechanism is not perfect, this research starting from the development of professional social workers, to influence and restrict the core issue of professional social workers team-incentive mechanism as the core of this study. Research process, first of all, to define the concept, related theory of inspiration mechanism and research status quo of social workers incentive mechanism are reviewed. In ChangSha by Tianxin after on the basis of the theoretical preparation for the100professional social workers in the questionnaire, and leaders of15representative relevant units and frontline social workers conducted in-depth interviews, to ChangSha by Tianxin professional social workers team, working status, the basic situation of the incentive mechanism of information carried on the thorough understanding, found that adherence to ChangSha by Tianxin professional social workers team consciousness is very strong, but with the current salary is not satisfied, the current housing and other basic health care is not very desirable, and fewer opportunities for advancement, these factors lead to practitioners believe that the industry development potential is not big, so that the whole social workers team liquidity is very big. According to these situation we have to seriously consider improvement incentive mechanism:(1) the principle of people-oriented principle;(2) systemic principle;(3) the pertinence principle;(4) fairness. Pointed out the concrete content improved full-time social workers incentive mechanism:(1) fair and reasonable evaluation system;(2) incentives to both substance and culture;(3) to ensure the fair and balanced individual differences. Finally, the rationalization proposals were put forward on building professional social workers long-term, rational incentive mechanism:(1) establish a fair compensation mechanism;(2) establish a promotion of a science mechanism;(3) establish a reasonable safeguard mechanism;(4) establish a suitable training mechanism.
