Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Community Staff

The community is the most important part of the city.Community workers provide the most direct and convenient services to the residents,which is an important link between the government and the residents.Community construction depends on the efforts of community workers,so the work efficiency,enthusiasm and ability of community workers should play a role in community construction,which is the theme of this study.The incentive mechanism is a powerful motive force to stimulate the enthusiasm of community workers and improve the efficiency of community administration.The construction of incentive mechanism for community workers should not only consider the factors of encouragement but also take into account the factors of health care,and should take material incentive measures.And with the right kind of spiritual motivation,We should not only consider the needs of all staff,but also consider the individual differences and different needs of different community staff from the perspective of humanization.In order to research the current situation of the incentive mechanism of community workers,this paper takes the community staff of Jianghai subdistrict office as the research object,through the case analysis to understand the current community staff enthusiasm is not high,the staff loss situation,Combined with Maslowundefineds theory of hierarchy of needs and two-factor theory,a questionnaire was given to the community staff(including the full-time community residents committee and government employees engaged in community work)by combining theory with practice.This thesis deeply analyzes the current incentive mechanism and practices,finds out the existing problems,and applies the problem orientation to reverse the community staff incentive mechanism.The final conclusions are as follows: 1,Set up a modern management concept;2,To improve the effectiveness and pertinence of incentives;3,To establish and improve the incentive system of community workers.
