Research On The Low-Carbon Economy Development In Chongqing From The Perspective Of Marx And Engels Ecology Philosophy

Marx and Engles ecological philosophy is an advanced ecological world outlook, which takes the relationships between men and nature as its basic theory foundation, it presents a critique on the ecological destructiveness caused by the capitalist productivity mode, and reveals scientifically the essence of the relationships between men and nature, especially the truth of human society development. What’s more, Marx and Engles ecological philosophy is not only providing a new theoretical framework for observing and changing the world, but also a key enlightenment for the development of low-carbon economy. Chongqing has became the first national low-carbon pilot cities in2010. As the only municipality in the western region, Chongqing has out pass the other provinces by its unique geographical environment, rich natural resources and regional advantages. Combining with the local specific reality in the Chongqing countermeasures that makes an important practical meaning in the promoting development of local low-carbon economyThis thesis is based on the view of Marx and Engles ecological philosophy, researching the current situation of low-carbon economy development in Chongqing, which can be divided into the following five parts:The first part tells us the purpose and significance of subject as well as the status of the research at home and abroad. The second part studies the Marx and Engles ecological philosophy, Firstly, proposed the development path as well as main ideas and contemporary significance of the Marx and Engles ecological philosophy; Secondly, defined the concept of low-carbon economy and analyzed the ecological philosophical implication of it.The third part is about the status of low-carbon economy development in Chongqing, mainly analyzing its reality-basic and general situation of low-carbon economy, and pointing out the problems of the industrial structure, energy production and consumption, environmental protection and other ecological problems of the low-carbon economy. The fourth part is the relevant countermeasures and suggestions, which is proposed under the enlightenment of the ecological philosophy of Marx and Engles and the analysis of current low-carbon economy development problems as well as the solution for it.
