Nowadays, more and more increasing competition is in modern society. Working pressure of professional people has reached an unprecedented level. Job burnout in modern society is becoming a common phenomenon. Township civil servant is the backbone of our country, it plays an important role in dealing with the various aspects of the relationship and it is the power base as China’s economic development and social progress. Township civil servants work at the grassroots level. They are the executor of the major line, principles and policy of our country, and they are the bridge and link to contact with the public. A considerable portion of them who are in a high-pressure working environment, the physical and mental state of them is exhausted, this bad state is not only endanger their own health, but also affects the efficiency of the organization. Therefore, to strengthen the research of job burnout of township civil servant has became urgent, it can protect the health of township civil servants and promote scientific development of public management.This paper proposes its framework and basic methods on the basis of studies of job burnout at home and abroad. The research of this paper uses "people-job" matching theory and burnout three dimensions as guide and uses SPSS and other methods. First, it introduces the meaning of job burnout of the township civil servant. Then it describes job burnout of the township civil servant in Hulunbeir, conducts field surveys and explores the problems and reasons of job burnout of the township civil servant. The findings showed that the degree of job burnout of township civil servant in Hulunbeir is more serious. Gender, age, education, work experience, position and other aspects have significant differences. In this city, job burnout of township civil servant has many reasons, some factors are personal aspects and the other factors are also organized social aspects.This paper explores how to intervene job burnout of the township civil servant in Hulunbeir effectively based on the problems and reasons. Specifically, the intervention to job burnout of the township civil servant can be from individuals, organizations and society, and the contents of job burnout of the township civil servant assistance program. Take Measures to achieve the best results, so that it can provide assistance to job burnout of the township civil servant in Hulunbeir.
