At present, is in the crucial stage of reform and development of China's economy and society, as national policies in the direct implementation of the grassroots, township civil servants bear a large number of complicated and concrete work and complex contradictions to defuse the pressure. Especially the CPC after eighteen, the central of government staff put forward more strict requirements in self-discipline and work style, exacerbated by the township civil servants work stress and anxiety. They are becoming a high risk group of burnout. The questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and case interview method, on 85 civil servants to carry out investigation and study, analysis, find out the basic status and influencing factors of township civil servants job burnout, and on the basis of qualitative analysis from the organizational and social aspects put forward countermeasures. For the individual aspect, the implementation of a period of psychological intervention in the experiment, and according to the experimental results of specific and effective intervention measures.Through the study found that about 75% of the township civil servants appeared different level of job burnout, the formation is mainly influenced by the three aspects, namely individual psychological level, organizational support level and social support level. Among them, the largest effects of organization factors on job burnout, followed by individual psychological and social support level. According to the occupation burnout intervention from the organizational aspects can be taken to strengthen the value guidance, clear job responsibilities, job enrichment, improve leadership level, strict construction of scientific salary system, performance appraisal, broaden the channels, increase intervention perfectservant mechanism and pay attention to the civil servants psychological factors into government EAP employee assistance programs and other means; from the social aspects you can take a reasonable expectation of the township civil service groups, promotion of township civil servants social image, constructing the harmonious interpersonal relationship and social support interventions; from the individual aspects, can take active against the bad mood and form a good occupation attitude, stress management scientifically and effectively, enhance their work ability, enhance the sense of achievement and value and to cultivate healthy hobbies, seeking to understand and the support of intervene. It is worth mentioning, CPC after eighteen enacted a series of measures, township civil servants job burnout takes on some new characteristics:Welfare leading to a reduction in the economic pressure is further increased, the misreading of social public opinion and do not understand caused great psychological pressure and so on, under the new situation, the township civil servants job burnout were in an increasing trend.
