The Judgment On The Legitimacy Of Group Behaviors

In the21st century，the growth of mass incidents triggered by a variety of socialcontradictions is accelerated obviously.The mass incidents is an affair that because ofan accident,the group which share the same or similar interests demand,withpetition,procession,demonstration,strikes,and explosive resistance etc.,express theirdemands, defend the rights or vent their dissatisfaction,which have influence to thesocial order.Generally,whether our government’s official response or academicgeneral attitudes,have a clear emphasis on the“ILLEGITIMACY”of mass incidentsthat is incarnated in procedure law and substantive law.However,This sort ofsweeping generalization might have unfavorable to handling it.I believe that in thegroup events, the majority of participants’ behavior should be characterized as"WRONG",which is favorable on psychological analysis of communityevents,adopting more targeted approaches in different situations,and further putsforwards some measures for its countermeasures.The thesis can be logically divided into3parts. In the first part,It is an alternativeperspective on the social group events that clarifying mass incidents is a dynamic,complex event, which involves multiple parties and many stakeholders.Thus,thequalitative question of group events can not simply be characterized as"illegitimacy".In my opinion, in the group events, the legal nature of individualbehaviors should be characterized as "wrong",especially“wrong without mensrea”.Article what the second part discuss is an analysis of individual behaviors intogroup behaviors.and talking about the causes of the wrongful acts from individual togroup.In fact,the chain reaction of the wrongful acts reflect the present of oursociety,witch represents the social psychology at present stage.With the wrongful actsfrom individual to group, it has imposed enormous strains on our social order,andbecome a form of the social conflicts. I believe that the causes of the wrongful actsshould be founded by the factors of observance of law,including of subjective factorsand objective factor.The last part is about mechanism construction of the massincidents.
