China-asean Regional Anti-terrorism Cooperation System Research

Terrorism activities have spread worldwide after the9.11event, America beganto terrorist activities in the Chinese ASEAN region."ASEAN Indonesia AcehMovement", Philippines’s "the Moro National Liberation Front" and "EasternTurkistan" terrorist activities of the organizers, to terrorist activities in the ChineseASEAN area various countries (for example: Philippines China tourists kidnapped,China Tibet and Xinjiang vandalism burning incident etc.). Increasing the threat ofterrorism not only in the global scope, with tiny spots in the area and began "". Intoday’s international relations pattern Chinese and ASEAN is an important part of theinfluential, with bilateral ties in the economic development and mutual cooperation isincreasingly close, rapid development and increasingly prosperous areas of politics,economy, culture and so on have been long-term development. In both countries inthe fight against terrorism and the safety of the people is their common interests, sothe need for counter-terrorism cooperation in counter-terrorism in both active andeffective in enhancing mutual understanding, based on the development, theestablishment of mutual political trust, economic cooperation and deeper.The requirements of local anti-terrorism situation needs and nationaldevelopment, based on the practical problems related concepts, terrorism, terrorismand causes for the support of theoretical research, on the basis of in-depth analysis ofthe causes of terrorism and local reality. In the construction of anti-terrorismcooperation system China ASEAN region, this paper argues the need for constructingthe anti-terrorism system from four aspects, which are establishment of anti-terrorismlegislation system, blocking the terrorism funding, strengthen counter-terrorismintelligence communication and extending counter-terrorism cooperation mechanism.This paper expects to theoretical research through Chinese ASEAN regionalcooperation against terrorism, can contribute to the establishment of the countries inthe region for the basic situation, local demand, adapt to the anti-terrorism region fornew regional counter-terrorism model in the context of the global.
