The report project deployment work to promote the integration of urban and rural development, clearly put forward to speed up the development of modern agriculture, increase farmers’income, the construction of new rural areas, promote the "four modernizations synchronization" and other major task. This paper based on the farmers’ ideological modernization as the breakthrough point to explore the issue of farmers’ modernization in the new period, broke through the rural political, economic, cultural and social construction, provides a new perspective to study peasant problems. The development of the society not only requires suitable between farmers and their thoughts, but also promoted the modernization of farmers’thought. At present our country farmers empirical, conservative, dependent, sealing way of thinking gradually fade out, scientific, innovative, subjectivity, open gradually into the way of farmer’s thinking. This paper tries to comprehensive show the way of Huo country farmer’s thinking through the local social organization of family resources and system resources. In the collective enterprise the diversification of the configuration of the equality and the initial property right system innovation under the background of family channel to adjust the rural industry structure and sustainable development, and lead the whole village people on a path to a well-off. The economic base determines the superstructure. We all know thought will change when the material life rose to a certain height. This paper is devoted to the guidance on the theory of Marxist historical materialism, Marxist view of farmers as theoretical basis, come to the conclusion on the basis of predecessors’ research results in the absorption of farmers ideology of modernization is an important intrinsic motivation of building new socialist rural areas, and then probes the effective path to realize the modernization of farmers thought, hope to have some revelatory to build a new socialist countryside. Achieving the modernization of farmer’s thinking, has great guidance effect to mode of production and way of life for farmers.This study uses field method, in the process of which, data collected by using literature method, interview method and participation observation method. This paper discussed the core of the present situation, the new countryside, process in the perspective of farmers’ thoughts, thought of the problem of farmers’thoughts in the new rural construction, and summarizes the farmer thought modernization path based on the "out of case".On the overall framework, this paper points six parts. The first is prodromes, which emphasis on introduce the reason why select the topic, the research review and research methods, and grasp the present situation of the study on specific issues, provide theoretical basis for the further discussion and prepared through the review of the farmers’modernization of existing research results. The second part is the origin and development of farmers’ modernization, is introduced some concepts related this paper, the international background and the present situation in our country for a replacement. The third part is the modernization of farmers in our country present situation analysis and the modernization of farmers thought in our country social influence and realistic significance, to Huo village, after the restructuring of thought and behavior way as reference, deeply analyzes the new rural construction in the process of peasants’ ideological change of positive and negative aspects, then summarize social influence in the process of modernization of the farmers’ thoughts and analyzes its practical significance. The last part is the path selection in the construction of new rural farmers thought modernization and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem of farmers thought modernization put forward.
