On Cultural Consciousness Of Civic Moral Education In China

At present, our country is in a multicultural environment of different cultural conflict and convergence, and civic moral education is facing some confusion and problems which are brought by the multiculture. The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that to develop a strong socialist culture and to further create a new surge in promoting socialist culture, we must adhere to the goal of advancing socialist culture and deepen our awareness of and confidence in Chinese culture. Cultural consciousness has been brought into the strategy of developing a strong socialist culture,and for civic moral education as a cultural service, cultural consciousness also has a profound impact on improving civic morality. The thesis thinks about cultural consciousness of Chinese civic moral education from the perspective of whole culture, in order to improve civic morality in an all-around way and develop a strong socialist culture in China.The thesis is divided into three parts by using literature research method, logical analytic method and method of integrating theory with practice. The first part analyzes the related connotation of cultural consciousness and civic moral education, explains the logical relationship between cultural consciousness and civic moral education, confirms the rationality about cultural consciousness of civic moral education and lays a solid foundation for the study of cultural consciousness of civic moral education. The second part discusses why the civic moral education in our country needs cultural consciousness.Under the multicultural background, solving the cultural problems faced by civic moral education cannot do without cultural consciousness, and cultural consciousness is of major significance for civic moral education, which shows that cultural consciousness is the modern choice of civic moral education in our country. The third part emphasizes the paths that civic moral education of our country realizes culture consciousness. To realize culture consciousness, civic moral education of our country should adhere to the combination of multiple principles, cultivate and observe core socialist values, carry forward and promote outstanding traditional Chinese culture and strengthen the cultural implication of civic moral education in our country.
