With the knowledge of judicial referee’s credibility,we can find lots of efforts we have made, a period of35years efforts, we havecontribute to the aspect of judge、supervision and judicial independence，But thepositive efforts of judicial credibility do not make the obvious effect. Especially manysensational case have showed that the effort of improve the judicial referee’s credibilityis not a complete system, so we must improve the credibility from a institutionalizedway other than a policy. in the other word, we must apply the complete and system tothe judicial referee’s credibility,on the one hand, we can put the judicial into theconstitution,give it a highest and independent power, on the other hand, we mustattach importance to the regulation of progress. from the justice of progress we canimprove the supervision of public and the trust of public.
