In our country, The16th national congress of the CPC for the first timeofficially proposed to the construction of socialist political civilization. And theconstruction of socialist political civilization as one of the important goals of building amoderately prosperous society in an all-round way, it embodies the party attaches greatimportance to the construction of political civilization, shows the importance of theconstruction of political civilization in our country.After the third plenary session of the11th CPC, actively yet prudently move forwardeconomic structural reform in our country, in a very long time in the past, China’seconomy maintained a sustained and rapid growth, the economy has become the world’ssecond. Facts have proved that the achievements of economic reform, and the politicalsystem reform is relatively lagging behind. Comrade wen jiabao once said, does not havethe safeguard of political reform, economic reform achievements will be lost. So, how tocarry out political reform,and promote the development of political civilization in ourcountry is facing the Chinese knowledge elites and political elites of an urgent andimportant task and mission.Political civilization is a grand theme, the author in this thesis mainly discusses thevalue target of the construction of Chinese political civilization and its path choice. Theauthor thinks that, at present the value objective of the construction of politicalcivilization is to make political ideas to reach the height of the goodness, the politicalauthority’s high degree of legitimacy, the rationality of the political system to achievehigh, political decisions reached the height of the scientific, political behavior at theheight of the male sex, political participation to achieve a high degree of order.
